Hello and welcome, I am so excited to have you here! I am the creator of For the Love of Sketche. I am a mother of 5 children and 2 beautiful granddaughters. I’ve been scrapbooking since 2002 and not once have I looked back. I love how it brings out the creative side of me, which is a huge break from my daily job of being an accountant for a bank. My very supportive husband and I live in a suburb of Reading, PA and we love to travel especially to the beach and Disney and almost every Saturday night is game night at our house for my family. I am especially happy to have these great gals assisting me in creating layouts!

Hi! I have been scrapbooking for 11 years. I started scrapping when my daughter was two years old, and it has taken over our lives (and home) since then. I used to be a manager for Close to my Heart, and now I am an instructor for RC on Main in Charles City, Iowa. I love all sorts of other crafts including card making, mixed media, stamping, digital design and jewelry making. I am also a mom, wife and photographer. I exchanged extreme winters for extreme summers when I moved from Minnesota to Texas more than 30 years ago. I met and married my husband of 25 years and together we have five children and two grand children. I am a wife, mother, Mimi, preschool teacher and lover of crafts. As long as I can remember I've always dabbled in some kind of crafting hobby but scrapbooking has held my attention. I think its because styles, techniques, products and of course my growing number of photographs are always changing. I have a horrible memory, I stink at keeping up with a journal but I want my family to remember all of lifes little blessings so I'm saving those memories one page at a time.
